The Heights Dawson Creek

We are proud to be a part of this Dawson subdivision, a master-planned residential community with architectural controls, emphasizing quality, community and family living.  With wide views overlooking the south and east slopes of the surrounding countryside, Dawson Hills offers large single family and duplex detached and semi-detached homes as well as spacious apartments.

Phase I is ready for construction of detached and duplex units. One of our focus area’s in British Columbia is the city of Kelowna.

We are aiming to build up a small real estate portfolio. Our focus is on residential and small commercial properties within the city limits. Smaller city’s in the area like Vernon and Penticton can be part of our expansion plan.    
Our management team is well equipped to add value to existing properties. Part of our investment view takes us to old existing buildings which we renovate or redevelop.

Our latest investment in the rental property market in Westbank is done by our special project  company Delray Road Properties Inc., which company completed the renovation on the 4-plex on Delray Road. New tenants have moved in and the all love it.

We are specialized in adding value to this type of property renovating these properties in a few weeks by putting in complete new fixtures, new kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granit countertops, new bathrooms and landscaping.

Our mostly Dutch investors have received a very good return on their short term investment, when we sold this property on April 1st 2016.
